Warranty Coverage

Warranty

All warranties apply only to the original Purchaser while residing or conducting business at the installation location. The Purchaser must be current on all payments. Warranty claims require inspection and written authorization from both our production manager and sales representative. Shipping charges may apply.

a. Doors

• 3-year limited warranty against structural and mechanical defects on door frames, doors, and transoms.
• Remedies may include replacement parts (FOB nearest shipping point) or a refund equal to the cost of the parts, at our discretion.
• The replacement parts’ warranty covers the remaining original warranty period.
• Labor, installation, sales tax, finishing, or incidental costs are not covered unless required by law.

b. Paint & Finish

• Professionally applied finishes are warrantied for 2 years from the date of sale.
• Excludes scratches from shipping or installation (covered by included touch-up kit), damage from improper maintenance, or environmental exposure.

c. Glass

• 1-year warranty from the date of sale for glass components.
• Excludes minor imperfections, scratches, or breakage.

d. Handles

• Handle warranties follow each manufacturer’s terms.
• Excludes scratches due to shipping or installation
