1. Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all orders, documents, or agreements that incorporate these Terms (collectively, the “Agreement”) and relate to the sale and/or provision of products and services to you (“Purchaser”) by Nationwide Iron Works (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).

2. Payment Terms

• Payments may be made via credit card or check.
•  Total purchase price (including shipping) is due at the time of placing the order, prior to production.
  

3. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations on any  items. This policy is in effect from the moment manufacturing begins.
