Making Your Door Installation Easy!

All of our in-stock doors come with standard double boreholes, so you can easily choose from a variety of stylish latch handles and locksets from trusted brands. We've drilled our boreholes to match the most popular lock brands and standard US dimensions, including:

  • 2" thick door
  • 2 1/8" boring (US standard)
  • 2 3/4" backset (US standard)
  • 5 1/2" center to center (US standard)

If you're picking up a lockset elsewhere, just double-check that they match these measurements! Additionally, you'll need to drill a hole for the bottom entry handle when installing your hardware — this is typical for any door installation.

We offer wrought iron handles designed and produced in-house! These handles do not come with a latch and will require a separate deadbolt for locking. You can also choose from a variety of pre-designed wrought iron handles.

Choose Your Door Handling: Right, Left, In-Swing, or Out-Swing

When selecting your custom door, it's important to choose the correct handling for smooth operation and perfect functionality. Here are the options:

Right-Hand Swing: This option is for doors that open towards you, with the hinges on the right side. Ideal for a traditional setup when you want the door to open to the left as you approach it.

Left-Hand Swing: A left-hand swing door opens towards you, with the hinges on the left side. Perfect for spaces where you need the door to swing open to the right when approaching.

In-Swing: With an in-swing door, the door swings inward into your space. This is the best choice for indoor areas where space outside the door is limited, providing an elegant and functional entry without taking up extra outdoor space.

Out-Swing: Out-swing doors open outward, away from your space. This is a great option for maximizing indoor space and is often preferred for exterior entry doors, especially in areas with limited interior space.

Roller Catches

A roller catch is a mechanism used to keep a door shut, providing smooth operation when opening and closing the door. It helps maintain the door's position securely and keeps it properly aligned, making it an excellent choice for doors that need to stay closed reliably.

Screen

A screen provides a barrier against insects, dust, and debris while allowing airflow. This option is perfect for creating a barrier between the indoors and outdoors, offering the freedom of ventilation without letting unwanted pests inside. Ideal for homes in warmer climates or areas with frequent breezes.

Threshold

A threshold is the bottom part of the door frame that serves multiple purposes: it helps to seal the bottom of the door, keeping out drafts, water, and dust. It also enhances the alignment and overall performance of the door, ensuring it closes securely. It's an essential part of door functionality and weatherproofing.

Door Features & More Information

Our doors are built with durability and performance in mind. In general, they come with a regular jamb size of 2" x 6" and feature 0.55" iron bar scrollwork for an elegant, sturdy design. The double-pane insulated tempered glass (5mm + 9mm air + 5mm) offers superior thermal insulation and energy efficiency.

Each door includes essential hardware such as flush bolts, weather strips, and drop seals to ensure a secure and weather-tight fit. To enhance durability and energy efficiency, all tubes, kickplate, and threshold are injected with polystyrene foam. The threshold is designed to slope downward, ensuring water flows away from the door, keeping the area dry and protected.
